sadie's mama is home, back in virginia, yea!

a visit to blue moon farm when sadie and daddy came by to see mama in pa

sadie and scott are on their way back to the blue house on wild turkey trail, after a nice vacation at the lake and a nice visit with mama and friends in central pa.

sadie got to go out in the canoe with mamaw and papaw took scott and sadie out for a motor boat ride.





























sadie spent lots of time at 'camp' on her favorite place--the swing, entertaining herself and mamaw and papaw and enjoying the lake

after vermont, sadie and sara had a few days to play at lake ontario. we arrived in time to enjoy a beautiful sunset over calm waters. sadie resists washing her hair at bathtime because she doesn't like water over her head (you wouldn't know it from these pictures). sadie is still at the lake with mamaw and papaw and now daddy too.

in late june, sadie and sara had a beautiful visit with good friends ang, birchie, and scout at someday farm in east dorset, vermont. we ate homemade (hand-cranked) maple ice cream, got used to being off the grid (no electricity), played the piano and baby dolls and trains and riding toys with birchie, and soaked in the sunshine, cold water, and green mountains at emerald lake.
