Easter weekend in Ferrum

our home has been blessed with flowers of various shapes, sizes, and colors thanks to mamaw (and others) who gave sadie's mama bulbs last fall for her birthday.
at the end of march, we bid farewell to uncle jonny who was headed to yosemite for the summer. he was the first to sleep in the nearly finished guest room (we like to call it uncle jonny's room). while he was visiting, sadie went on her first river trip on the south fork of the holston river. the water level, weather, and company couldn't have been better.
